Energy North Group Announces Acquisition of 11 VERC Enterprises Properties in Massachusetts

LAWRENCE, Mass., March 11, 2021 – Energy North Group (ENG) is proud to announce that it has strengthened its presence in Massachusetts through the acquisition of 11 key sites from the local, family-run brand VERC Enterprises. The acquired gas station and convenience store sites are located in Athol, Andover (2), Boxborough, Plymouth (2), Lexington, Pembroke, Randolph, Westford and Westminster. The acquisition also encompasses 12 tenants that were previously under contract at those sites, including Dunkin’ and Subway.
